Horse's Neck Cocktail


This American-whiskey classic has only has a few ingredients.

Ingredients

1 long strip lemon peel
Ice cubes
2 ounces bourbon whiskey
Ginger Beer
Bitters

Directions

	Step 1: Place lemon peel in a tall glass and fill with ice.

	Step 2: Add w hickey; top with ginger beer and stir.

	Step 3: Add 2 to 3 dashes of bitters.

	TIP: How to peel a lemon: Cut off both ends of the lemon with a sharp knife. Hold the lemon in your non-dominant hand. Position the knife at the top end of the lemon, so it is parallel to the lemon. Cut away the peel carefully in a continuous spiral motion, from the top of the lemon to the bottom, rotating the lemon toward the knife as you do.
